Due to the nature of our herbal teas, coffee, and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can assist you promptly.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
